This group is a safe space for women of color to share their experiences and ideas for better representation in our community. Each individual navigates their life differently due to their combined identity as a woman and as a person of color. This group looks to discuss the discrimination faced by women of color in spaces where they do not experience the same representation and what it is like to navigate those spaces while not being viewed as an equal.

*Affinity Groups in the Upper School are student-initiated spaces where members who identify with a social and/or cultural identifier gather to affirm their identity. These spaces of reflection, celebration, and support inspire confidence and development, which help enhance members’ experience in and contributions to the broader Dwight-Englewood community.
