Art in Action (AIA)

Art in Action is a club that focuses on promoting the arts at D-E and the surrounding community. In recent years, we have created pieces to decorate and auction at the HOPE Fashion Show, built set pieces for school musicals and events, visited galleries in NYC, and held art supply drives for children in hospitals around New Jersey and for the local Englewood Women’s Rights Information Center. This year we have fresh new ideas for activities we can do to promote and engage with the visual arts, including hosting guest artists to speak about their work and experiences and working on pieces for Columbia University’s Oncology Department. If you love art, or you are just looking for a fun group to hang out with, this is the club for you!
